The water has warmed up to a very pleasant temperature and the kids have all finished school for their summer break. We are all looking for things to occupy our days off and activities such as surfing give us the excitement that we crave on the hot or cold, rainy or sunny summer days. So why should you give surfing a try?

Here in Swansea we have the advantage of being very close to the coast and we regularly experience some of the best and most consistent waves in the UK. We regularly use Llangennith Beach on Rhossili Bay because the waves here are suited perfectly for beginners through to advanced surfers and the the beach is over 3 miles long so it is always possible to escape the crowds and score a wave on your own.
